The additional multiplier formerly applied during cauldron output generation was removed. Because cauldron recipes are generated procedurally and conventional recipes were rebalanced, an existing combination or old-save Cauldron can produce a different output after updating.

How should I check a useful combination after the rebalance?

Select the desired output, narrow the possible recipes with included ingredients, excluded ingredients, and ingredient mode, then test the current result and update the Cauldron’s item filter before scaling the setup. Early Clay and Coke recipes were mostly unaffected by that rebalance.

Choose ingredients and filter the result

A Cauldron takes three materials and refines them into one material, so the ingredient combination determines the resulting product. Use the Cauldron’s item-filtering feature to target the wanted result.

Open the Cauldron Calculator, select two or three ingredients, and compare the calculated recipes.

To search from a product, use Reverse Lookup, select the desired output, and view all possible recipes for that item.

Narrow the reverse lookup with Optional Input 1 and Optional Input 2, or remove unwanted combinations with Exclude Input 1 and Exclude Input 2.

Set the ingredient mode to Any Combination, All Unique Items, or All Same Item to control which combinations the search returns.
